Reform full body 35 minute (loop band optional)
I created this class so that if you'd like to add extra resistance and increase your range of movement in certain exercises, you can use the loop band to assist. Everything can be done without. I'm using a light band in this class. Suitable for all levels, your whole body will feel strengthened and lengthened fully!
