Can I join from a different country?

Yes!  Although I am based in England, all the classes are pre recorded so you can watch them on demand.

Your currency for payment will be converted at checkout.

I subscribed but I can't see the videos

You may need to refresh your browser so simply log out and back in.  Click on the Virtual Studio tab and you should see the library.  If this doesn't work, send an email to katy@sculptpilates.co.uk

How do I cancel my subscription or change my payment details?

Yes! Many of our members are starting or returning to movement. You'll find beginner classes, modifications, and gentle progressions that make it easy to build strength and confidence—without pressure

Can I cancel anytime?

Absolutely. There's no contract, no minimum commitment. Stay as long as it supports you.

Do I need equipment?

Not at all. You can start with just your body and a mat. Some classes offer the option to use light weights, resistance bands, or Pilates balls.

Our Strength x Pilates workouts require dumbbells and we help you pick the right weights for you!

Are new classes added often?

New classes are added every week, plus monthly schedules, guided programs, and regular challenges to keep you moving and motivated.

Can I access on my phone?

Yes! The platform is fully mobile-friendly. You can stream all workouts on your phone, tablet, or laptop—no app needed.

How long are the classes?

We have classes from 5 - 45 minutes.  All designed to keep you moving on your schedule.
