Can I join from a different country?

Yes!  Although I am based in England, all the classes are pre recorded so you can watch them on demand.

Your currency for payment will be converted at checkout.

I subscribed but I can't see the videos

You may need to refresh your browser so simply log out and back in.  Click on the Virtual Studio tab and you should see the library.  If this doesn't work, send an email to

Which plan is for me?

If you are a complete beginner I recommend the 21 day beginner plan.

For those with more experience, try the Stage 2 plan which is 14 days long.

If you are ready to challenge your practice, try the Ultimate Pilates 14 day challenge or the 14 day Ab challenge.

The weekly schedule is updated regularly if you'd just like to dip in and out and need some inspiration!
