DEFINITIONS

“Website” or “Software” means www.katybathpilates.com

“Content” means any data, text, files, information, images, graphics, videos, photos, links and other content or materials created and owned by Katy Bath

“Subscription” means recurring or fixed-term access to the Katy Bath Pilates online studio, including monthly and annual access passes

“Programs” means one-off digital products purchased for a single payment, including pre-recorded video content and downloadable PDF materials

“Lifetime Access” means access for as long as the business and the relevant content remain available and operational. It does not mean the lifetime of the purchaser

“Seller”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” means Katy Bath / Katy Bath Pilates

“You” or “User” means the individual purchasing or accessing the Content
GENERAL TERMS OF USE
You must use the Website and Content only in accordance with these Terms and any applicable laws. You agree not to misuse the Website or Content, including but not limited to unauthorised sharing, reproduction, distribution, or account sharing.
RIGHTS & OWNERSHIP
All Content on the Website is owned by Katy Bath and is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property laws.
You may not remove, alter or conceal any copyright, trademark or proprietary notices, nor reproduce, modify, adapt, prepare derivative works, distribute, sell, license or otherwise exploit the Content without written permission.
Access to Content is personal and non-transferable.
PURCHASES & CONTRACT FORMATION
When you purchase a Subscription or Program through the Website, a contract is formed between you and Katy Bath. Confirmation of the contract will be sent to you by email following purchase.
SUBSCRIPTIONS (MONTHLY & ANNUAL)
Subscriptions provide time-limited access to the online studio.
Cooling-Off Period
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have a statutory right to cancel a Subscription within 14 days from the day the contract is formed (the date of purchase)
If cancelled within this period:

A refund will be issued to the original payment method

We may deduct a fair pro-rata amount for access already used
After the Cooling-Off Period
Once the 14-day period has expired:

No refunds are available
-
Access continues until the end of the paid subscription term

Cancelling prevents future billing only (for monthly subscriptions)

Non-use of the Subscription does not entitle you to a refund.
ONE-OFF DIGITAL PROGRAMS (INCLUDING “TRULY BEGINNERS”)
Programs are one-time purchases and not subscriptions.
Upon purchase, you receive immediate access to:

Pre-recorded video content hosted on our platform

Downloadable PDF materials (where applicable)
Programs include lifetime access, as defined above.
Refunds for Programs
Due to the nature of digital content and immediate access being granted, we do not offer refunds on one-off digital Programs once access has been provided, except where required by law.
HEALTH, MEDICAL & PARTICIPATION DISCLAIMER
By purchasing and participating in any class, session or Program, you confirm that:

You have obtained medical clearance from a qualified healthcare professional if required

You are not pregnant or post-natal without medical clearance

You are not unwell or suffering from any condition that would prevent safe participation

You are not suffering from any physical or mental injury that would make participation unsafe
If you cannot confirm the above, you must not participate.
You acknowledge that physical exercise carries inherent risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Katy Bath shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from your participation, except where caused by negligence or where liability cannot be excluded by law.
ACCOUNT MISUSE & TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without refund where:

Content is shared or distributed

Accounts are misused or shared

These Terms are breached
DATA PROTECTION & GDPR RIGHTS
If you are a resident of the EEA, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to access, correct, update or delete your personal data.
