Core (and more) 4 week plan

There is a saying in the Pilates world that 'every exercise is a core exercise' which is absolutely true, however this curated set of workouts is designed to strengthen your powerhouse!  You'll find your body feels the benefit in plenty of other areas too so it's a winner all round!

If you find the exercises too strong, head to the Beginner area and choose the core classes from there instead.

The method is simple

Week 1 & 2:  Pick any classes from the collection aiming to complete 15-20 minutes of core work every other day.

Week 3 & 4:  Increase your target time to 20-30 minutes

Make sure you mix it up, try different classes and listen to your body, taking rest days when you need them.
