The morning classes are designed to open up and energise your whole body, leaving you feeling ready for the day ahead.
The wind down classes will help release tension and tightness and give you some much needed self care and set you up for a good nights sleep.
Feel free to add these to the rest of your practice or slot in to a work from home day while you pop the kettle on!
