The 28 day Summer Challenge

This challenge is all about achieving our goals!  

We will start Summer in the best way, feeling incredible in body + mind.

We will be unstoppable - supporting our practice with intention setting; a powerful tool that will help us to achieve our goals.

This challenge is created with 5 unique classes each week, all of which are suitable for all levels - I provide modifications for beginners and ways to advance when you feel ready to take them.

All you need is a mat!
