GUIDED STRENGTH CLASSES

Follow-along style and guided classes using dumbbells.

As a guide Beginners use 1-2kg dumbbells, Intermediate 4-6kg and Advanced 8-10kg.

You may find that your Upper Body requires lighter + Lower Body heavier so use these classes as an opportunity to learn and adjust your weights for your body.
