Pilates for Back Pain - 16 min
Posture related back pain or recovering from an old injury can be helped with Pilates strength, mobility and stretch exercises. We will focus on the muscles in the back, the hamstrings and core work. Please consult your doctor or physiotherapist if you are worried about back pain you are experiencing.
Banded Stretch & Mobility: Hamstrings and Hips
This class will focus on becoming more flexible and increasing joint range of movement in the lower body. Using the band to assist will help support deeper stretching and allow greater hip range of movement. You'll need a stretchy band for this class and it's suitable for all levels.
HIPS & HAMSTRINGS 30-Minute
Healthy hips + hamstrings in 30 minutes! In this class you will work on improving mobility and flexibility in your hips and hamstrings. Exploring a variety of gentle and dynamic movements that will increase your range of motion and relieve tension and tightness in your body. Suitable for all levels and no equipment required.
STRETCH: Yoga Wheel - 22 minutes
Melt away tension and tightness with these yoga wheel stretches. I love this prop for helping to get a little deeper and add some stability to stretches. Ending with some lovely inversions for a wonderful blood circulating boost to leave you feeling energised and recharged!
