Join me for a brand new Pilates challenge with entirely new classes for all to take part in!
This challenge features 5 unique Pilates classes each week, two rest days and the option to add small weights in once a week.
I provide options for beginners and teach ways to advance so it's inclusive for all.
DAY ONE is the 20 minute Every Day Full Body and is available for all to try, you'll need to be a member for everything else, you can sign up easily and get unlimited access to everything in the virtual studio.
