I'm so glad you're joining me! This challenge will give you the structure to be consistent to look and feel your best ever this January!

Each week you have 5 classes, each one themed to give you the ideal blend: classical, higher intensity, sculpting and restorative.
​
You have one class using small weights each week. You can opt to do this class using just your bodyweight or substitute the weights (0.5-1kg each) with bottles of water or tin cans.

This challenge is for ALL levels, including beginners!
