HOW THE CHALLENGE WORKS

How the 10 Day Beginner Pilates Challenge Works:

Each class lasts 15-20 minutes and can be completed at home with just a mat.

You'll cover foundations and breathing, core strength & stability, mobility and flexibility as well as full body flows.

ABOUT YOUR INSTRUCTOR

Katy Bath is a certified Pilates instructor and personal trainer who has helped thousands of people build strength, mobility and confidence through Pilates.

Her online studio provides structured programs and classes designed for all levels.

FAQS

Do I need experience to join the challenge? No. The workouts are designed specifically for beginners and each class introduces Pilates movements step by step.

Do I need equipment? No equipment is required, you only need a Pilates or yoga mat.

How long are the workouts? Each workout lasts between 15 and 20 minutes which includes your warm up and cool down. This makes it easy to fit into a busy schedule!

Can I repeat the challenge? Yes! Repeating the challenge is a great way to reinforce good movement habits. The challenge will remain available in the studio for you.
