For all levels of practice, this upper body workout will leave you feeling stronger through a series of exercises on the mat including plank work and push ups. Stack it with other classes from the Every Day series for a longer workout.
Every Day Legs 15 min
I hope you'll enjoy this bodyweight only lower body workout! We move through a series of standing, laying and side work to sculpt strong legs. The Every Day series is perfect for you to come back to again and agin. Stack it with other from the same series to create a longer workout. This is suitable for all levels.
Every Day 20 min Pilates full body
The perfect class for any day! We work our whole body in 20 minutes using just bodyweight. I've made it suitable for all levels with modifications for beginners and ways to advance when you're ready. One to come back to again and again! This class is DAY ONE of the Midsummer 4 week challenge and is free for all to try.
