WHAT IS THE PILATES BEGINNER PROGRAM

The Pilates beginner program is a structured 4 week Pilates plan designed for people who are new to Pilates or returning after a break. You will develop core activation as well as full body strength - no muscle will be left untouched or over worked. The classes combine strength with mobility exercises, helping you to move better - with more ease and less tightness. You will tone your body evenly -- following a clear structure so you always know which workout to do next. You can repeat the plan as many times as you like.

HOW LONG ARE THE PILATES WORKOUTS?

The workouts in the program are between 8 - 33 minutes. The plan is progressive to allow you to build strength and consistency without feeling overwhelmed. Many members find it easier to build a regular Pilates routine at home with this structure.

CAN I REPEAT THE PROGRAM MORE THAN ONCE

Yes. Many people repeat the program multiple times to build strength and confidence. Repeating familiar Pilates workouts can help you to develop better technique, stronger core activation and a consistent exercise routine,

Yes. This program was created specifically for complete beginners to Pilates. HOW OFTEN SHOULD I DO THE WORKOUTS

The program is designed to follow a 4 week structured plan with 3 classes per week and 1 optional extra. You can modify the program and complete 2 classes per week if you feel you need extra rest days. Many people complete the 4-week plan several times to deepen their strength and technique. There is mo time limit on access

CAN I DO THIS ANYWHERE

Yes. Access is available worldwide. Katy Bath Pilates is based in the UK and has made this program and online studio to be used globally. You can follow along the workouts at home or anywhere - they are small space friendly!

DO I NEED EQUIPMENT

No equipment is required. All workouts in the program are mat based Pilates classes designed to be done at home using just your bodyweight. I recommend using an exercise mat for comfort and grip. If you need a little extra cushioning under your hands or knees you could add an extra blanket or towel for support.
