STRENGTH X PILATES Every Day Full Body 28 min
Combine strength training using light dumbbells with Pilates movements in this full body class that will be a staple in your routine. We work through rows, donkey kicks, bridging, side work. Katy uses 4kg dumbbells . For all levels, modify with lighter weights or go to bodyweight - advance by having a couple of sets of weights to go heavier as you feel you can. Warm up and stretch included.
