Welcome to your August schedule!

This calendar is created to give you balance and structure with 5 classes a week that evenly work your entire body

You can always modify this schedule to suit your lifestyle and here's how:

1. Switch the rest days + class days to suit you

2. Combine the lower body and upper body classes on the same day making it 1 longer class

3. Reduce to 4 classes a week and remove a full body class

Most of all, listen to your body - rest as you need and share your practice with others!
