Day 1: New morning 25 mins
Day 2: Complete Body in 15 mins
Day 3: Rest or Cardio 30 mins
Day 4: Total Tone Lower 20 mins
Day 5: Express Feel Good 20 mins
Day 6: Full Body Mobility 15 mins
Day 7: Rest or Cardio 30 mins
WEEK THREE
Day 1: Renew 30 min Full Body
Day 2: Total Body in 15 mins
Day 3: Rest or Cardio 30 mins
Day 4: Just Glutes 20 mins
Day 5: Energise Express 20 mins
Day 6: Daily Stretch & Mobility 15 mins
Day 7: Rest or Cardio 30 mins

Day 2: Sculpt Full Body15 mins

Day 4: Total Tone Legs 20 mins
