REFORMER ON THE MAT: 30 min Full Body
Welcome to REFORMER ON THE MAT! This 30 minute, full body class uses small weights and a resistance band to recreate the reformer experience on the mat. We will work through bridging, roll backs and lunges to strengthen your whole body. Katy uses a 'heavy' resistance band and 2 x 1kg handweights. You can perform all exercises bodyweight only, or substitute the weights for household items like tin cans. If you're a beginner, go light on your resistance or switch to bodyweight only.

EVERY DAY: Strength x Pilates 30 min Full Body
This total body class is designed to be a staple in your weights and Pilates routine. For all levels, we use a set of lighter weights and incorporate strength training with Pilates. Recommended weight range 2 x 2-6kg depending on your personal strength. You may find having a couple of sets of dumbbells helpful to go heavier or lighter as your body needs.

Total lower body strengthening using a set of dumbbells and optional ankle weights! We cover standing work, bridge and four point kneeling to effectively strengthen our legs, glutes and hips. Katy uses 2 x 4kg dumbbells during this workout. It is recommended that beginners choose a set of 2-4kg (or bodyweight), Intermediate/Advanced go for 4-8kg set.
