Journey to Rollover

Setting a goal that is not based on aesthetics is a great way to motivate yourself and stay consistent!

The Rollover is an Intermediate (and a fun!) Pilates exercise with endless ways to further progress once you master it.

This series of classes will help you build the core strength and flexibility needed, as well as guide you safely and expertly.

There are 3 key aspects that all these classes include:

  • core control 

  • hamstring lengthening

  • spine mobility

​

Start with the Journey to Rollover (20 min) and use a cushion to help assist you (it's wrist friendly too) or the Rollover Foundations (19 min).

The other classes in the series feature a build to rollover as part of a class so you'll still be working the same 3 principles, as well as some other wonderful Pilates!

There are also some more advanced classes for when you're ready to progress.  All you need in your Journey to Rollover!
