Wall Workout: 23 minutes
This is a fun and challenging one! You need a wall and a mat, this is suitable for all to try with options for beginners and advanced. We work through bridging, spine rolling, squats and even handstands for those ready for an advanced challenge at the end! Don't worry though, there are options provided for those not wanting to do the hardstanding with plank work that strengthens effectively instead. I absolutely love this workout and hope you do too.
