Strength: Lower Body 30
Total lower body strengthening using a set of dumbbells and optional ankle weights! We cover standing work, bridge and four point kneeling to effectively strengthen our legs, glutes and hips. Katy uses 2 x 4kg dumbbells during this workout. It is recommended that beginners choose a set of 2-4kg (or bodyweight), Intermediate/Advanced go for 4-8kg set.

STRENGTH X PILATES: Full Body 26 min
Blending strength with a dumbbell with Pilates, this full body workout is for all levels. Katy uses 1 dumbbell (4kg). We work through a standing series including fun variations of squats + lunges, before a deep core set that elevates the classical Pilates exercises perfectly! We end with some bridging to build a burn!

TRANSFORM: Full Body + Small ball: 30 mins
Grab your small Pilates ball (or sub with a small cushion) for this full body, 30 minute class! We move through some fun strength + balance work in lunge, down to the mat to train our abdominals deeply with an option to add in your rollover practice! We finish with some isolated glute work and challenging planks to make sure your whole body feels stronger and longer!

REFORMER ON THE MAT: Standing slider + weights
This express standing only class will work your whole body, recreating reformer moves! You'll need a hard floor surface and a small cloth/slider to place under your foot. Katy uses a microfibre cloth. We also use 2 small had weights (recommend 0.5-3kg depending on your upper body strength)

Reform full body 35 minute (loop band optional)
I created this class so that if you'd like to add extra resistance and increase your range of movement in certain exercises, you can use the loop band to assist. Everything can be done without. I'm using a light band in this class. Suitable for all levels, your whole body will feel strengthened and lengthened fully!

Wall Workout: 23 minutes
This is a fun and challenging one! You need a wall and a mat, this is suitable for all to try with options for beginners and advanced. We work through bridging, spine rolling, squats and even handstands for those ready for an advanced challenge at the end! Don't worry though, there are options provided for those not wanting to do the hardstanding with plank work that strengthens effectively instead. I absolutely love this workout and hope you do too.
