ABOUT ME

After having my daughter in my early thirties and sustaining an injury in the gym I decided to try Pilates.  

My love for Pilates began as I felt myself gain strength, flexibility and mobility, all in a way that made me feel energised and balanced.  It was completely eye opening for me as I'd been exhausting myself with high intensity workouts and feeling frustrated at not getting the results I was working so hard for.

After trying many Pilates classes with different teachers and a dedicated self practice, I trained to become a teacher myself, teaching my very first class on the same day my daughter started school.  

I am a classically trained Pilates instructor with pre & post natal qualifications and I also achieved my Personal Training qualification shortly after to expand my knowledge of other training methods more deeply.

Seeing my clients grow, achieve and enjoy practice brings me so much joy and I am grateful to share and support your journey as your Pilates trainer!

I currently live in Northamptonshire, UK with my husband, Gareth and our little girl, Gracie.
