Hi, I'm Katy.
I’m a certified Pilates trainer and personal trainer with a passion for movement that feels good and gets results.
This studio is your space for consistent, intelligent training—whether you’ve got 10 minutes or 45.

My approach blends classical & contemporary Pilates with strength-focused workouts, always with your real life in mind.
No pressure. No perfection. Just powerful movement that supports you, every step of the way.

I'm a beginner, is this for me?

Yes! Many of our members are starting or returning to movement. You'll find beginner classes, modifications, and gentle progressions that make it easy to build strength and confidence—without pressure

Can I cancel anytime?

Absolutely. There's no contract, no minimum commitment. Stay as long as it supports you.

Do I need equipment?

Not at all. You can start with just your body and a mat. Some classes offer the option to use light weights, resistance bands, or Pilates balls.

Our Strength x Pilates workouts require dumbbells and we help you pick the right weights for you!

Are new classes added often?

New classes are added every week, plus monthly schedules, guided programs, and regular challenges to keep you moving and motivated.

Can I access on my phone?

Yes! The platform is fully mobile-friendly. You can stream all workouts on your phone, tablet, or laptop—no app needed.

How long are the classes?

We have classes from 5 - 45 minutes.  All designed to keep you moving on your schedule.
