REFRESH is the brand new 31 day Pilates challenge! Created with Spring in mind, it's the perfect calendar to change up your routine, with brand new classes and and evenly balanced schedule. You have 6 workouts a week that are inclusive of all levels, modifications are offered for beginners and ways to advance are included if you want to advance.
Every Saturday there is a special focus on improving our hip health with feel good mobility and flexibility classes to take care of this essential part of our body.
